1. Mark out a pattern and cut it out of a piece of 01 anealed carbon steel.
2. Shape the blank to how you want it and drill any holes required.
3. Mark out and grind the bevels.
4. Heat the steel to 800 degrees C - then quench.
5. Temper the steel to make it flexable as well as strong.
6. Clean the blank polish the metal and sharpen the bevels.
7. Mark out and cut the handel block to shape.
8. Glue liners on to the handel.
9. Drill holes to remove stock and allow the glue to grip.
10. Mark out and drill bolt holes in the wood.
11. Clean up and rough shape the handel, get the edges clean and straight.
12. Add epoxy and pin the handle onto the blade.
13. Clean the glue off and shape the handle.
14. Treat the wood and polish the handle.
15. Mark out and make a sheath
16. Clean and polish both and package for shipping.
